How does IntentSite work?

We work by turning customer intent into actionable business engagement through an AI-native digital presence. Our platform captures and interprets customer intent to provide insights beyond traditional analytics, helping organizations strengthen customer relationships and support growth. We integrate with existing systems rather than replacing them, using REST and MCP protocols to enable secure interactions without HTML parsing or API keys. AI agents are treated as first-class users: they can communicate with us through our MCP server, which provides a Streamable HTTP endpoint for natural-language queries and task execution. MCP-native clients such as Claude and Cursor can connect to this server, while WebMCP enables in-browser agents to interact with our knowledge base through the browser API. These access methods support governed answers and maintain the same conversation threads and rate limits as our REST API. We also support multiple languages and offer Free, Build, Pro, and Custom plans to accommodate different business needs. Our data-handling practices include privacy notices for webinars and online events, supporting transparency in how information is managed.
